Follow these steps to complete the booking process for your crew and prepare for the journey ahead.Step 1: Choose Registration Type
Register either as an individual participant or as a crew (min. 5 people). Don’t have a skipper? We can help you find one. In that case, you only need to cover the skipper’s participation fee and meals.
Need to add more crew members later? No problem. Just email us and we’ll update your booking fees.
Step 2: Settling Participation Fee
Participation fee as a crew:
Early-bird Fee per person: 145€ (until July 15, 2026). Regular: 200€.
Participation fee as an individual:
Early-bird Fee per person: 495€ (until July 15, 2026). Regular: 545€.
The participation fee cannot be refunded and is automatically calculated for the entire crew, including for the skipper.
Step 3: Finalizing Participation Fee
After completing your Participation Fee payment (either in full or by paying the initial 50% installment), you will receive a confirmation email.
The first 50% payment must be completed by June 10.
Step 4: Choose Your Boat
Boat selection will be available in December. Explore our fleet below and choose the vessel that best fits your crew’s needs.
Boat costs includes cover the rental price, transit log, tourist tax, and security deposit.
Register as a Crew
Participation fee as a crew: 145 € per person
(Regular price 200 €)
Included: Marina and port fees, program organization, program booklet, official T-shirt, and special events (Klapa performance, DJ for the circle raft, “games without borders,” etc.).
Not included: Boat expenses
Minimal number of crew members: 5
Register as an Individual
Participation fee as an individual: 495 €
(Regular price 545 €)
Included: Sailboat charter, skipper, marina and port fees, program organization, tourist tax, program booklet, official T-shirt, and special events (Klapa performance, DJ for the circle raft, “games without borders,” etc.).
Not included: Food and boat fuel. These costs are shared among the crew members.
